What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try my best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know.

How much time do you need to set up?

It usually takes around 10-20 minutes for me to set up and sound check (if PA is being used).

Do you have different line-up options?

Solo Cello - String Trio (Violin, Viola, Cello) - String Quartet (2 Violins, Viola, Cello)

If you are after another combination or ensemble size then get in touch and I can accommodate this.

Can I pick the pieces you play?

I am always happy to chat through the repertoire lists that I have. If you have any specific song requests that I do not currently have an arrangement for then I will arrange this. I will ask for you to send me the songs from my set lists that you would definitely like played and make sure these are played.

Can you play outside?

I am able to play outside, however cannot play in direct sunlight or rain due to the value of the instrument and equipment.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes! I bring my cello (with a microphone if your venue requires this) and also PA. All I require from you is a chair and a plug socket.

What is your cancellation policy?

I take a 25% deposit upon booking which unfortunately is not refundable. If you cancel 2 months or less before the event then you will still be required to pay 50%. Regrettably, any cancellation made within 1 month of the event will still require 100% payment.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

If a song isn't included in my song list then I would be happy to arrange it for you and learn it!
